Firefly Photography gets published!

I am excited to reveal the August cover of Natural Awakenings magazine. They did a really nice write-up about the cover artist, Firefly Photography! I really like Natural Awakenings magazine and when they approached me for the cover, I was thrilled.

There is so much energy around Firefly Photography right now and there are more things to come in the coming weeks, including an interview with the New Jersey Herald! As if Megan's and my "Pets for Pets" fundraiser wasn't enough...... : )

Pets for Pets Fundraiser

One thing I like about the community of artists I have affiliated myself with is that it is very non-competitive. I truly believe that there is room for all of us photographers and that if you want to be successful, really want to be successful, then you will be. That being said, I am collaborating with local photographer, Megan O'Keeffe, on Sunday, 8/22/10 for a great cause. Animals are near and dear to me, and what better way to honor them (besides taking their pictures) then to help them when they need it the most?
